Internet Checks How it Works

Once the customer chooses the Internet check payment option they will go directly to the Authorization Center (completely invisible to the consumer). At this point they will be asked a few questions, and they will simply fill out a blank check on the screen. The information will download to the Authorization Center for authorization to verify the shoppers' bank account and a few seconds later the purchase will be approved. We will convert the check information to an EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) and you will be notified electronically of all transactions processed the prior night. Checks returned NSF are noted within 48 hours and can be automatically represented. The money will be transferred from the customer's account to the your business bank account within 24 to 72 hours.

Accept Checks On The Internet 

By using our Internet Check Payment System, Internet merchants can accept Internet checks from their customers and have the checks approved, authorized and printed out to their physical business location. When a customer wishes to purchase an item online, they will navigate to the purchase screen, which will include the payment by Internet check option. The programming design here is completely self-supporting and will overlay any existing web store design. The consumer will be totally unaware that they are interfacing with any site other than the one on which they are shopping, other than the fact that they will see the security flag appear on the bottom of their PC screen.

With our Virtual Terminal, you will able to enter information directly into our payment site (using your username and password). The check payment information is collected while the customer is on the phone placing an order. This is useful for businesses that accept payments over the phone.
